Legal support for immigration
YMPJ’s social justice mission includes services designed to help our community navigate legal hurdles in the complex world of immigration.
Our services include in-depth consultations, application filings, contact and representation before USCIS & the National Visa Center and information & referral services.
YMPJ’s site is recognized by the Department of Justice and its participating staff are BIA-accredited representatives.
These credentials assure our community that we are legally eligible to provide these services which helps them steer away from predatory notaries who prey on their vulnerability.
Presently, “YMPJ” is one of the few multi-service organizations in the Bronx River/Soundview community that assists and links our community to these valuable services.
Our services are free & confidential and provided in a culturally competent manner.
